This is my daily diary of my grandsons life after their parents breakup. I know everyone says you can't love anyone more than your own children but this isn't true. It's just a different kind of love.

9/15/09

I woke up the boys, dressed them, fed them and then took them and JJ to work, daycare and then to school. I picked Cameron up from school at 3:10 and we came home. Later, Jason came home. He had spoken to the assistant principal (Mrs. Adams) earlier regarding Cameron's teacher and the problem we are having in getting the homework assignments. According to Cameron's teacher, Mrs. Johnson, she has been emailing the assignments to the email address that was on Cameron's school registration form which is Jamie's. If Jamie has been getting the assignments, she has not been forwarding them to us. Mrs. Adams said she had given Mrs. Johnson Jason cell phone number and she would call today. Later, Jason did have a long talk with Mrs. Johnson and she will start sending all correspondence to Jason's email address. She was not aware that Jason and Jamie were separated and that the boys were staying with Jason.
Jamie dropped Mason off at 5:45 and only stayed for a few minutes. We had supper at 6:30, Jason gave the boys their baths and they watched TV until bedtime.
